first_img Jay Emmanuel-Thomas QPR new boy Jay Emmanuel-Thomas believes the club’s summer overhaul has them set-up for a serious tilt at the Championship.The Arsenal academy graduate is one of a number of fresh faces to have joined Rangers since their Premier League relegation in May.And he feels head coach Chris Ramsey and director of football Les Ferdinand have laid the foundations for a successful run for the new-look west London club“I’m just so excited to get going now,” he said. “I’ve been ready and raring to go since the day I joined.“Pre-season has been great. The boys have made me feel welcome, as have the staff. Now it’s all about turning performances in. We need to make sure we’re ready to go for August 8th.“Everyone is on the same page. We’ve got a good structure in place and there’s a great bond between the players. From my point of view, I don’t think there’s much to worry or complain about.” 1last_img read more
