Students stayed away from the classroom on November 22nd while the PTA staged protest action for better learning conditions at the school. Auguiste says work has started in the planning stages and he is hoping that the government will live up to its promise in meeting the needs of the students. Meantime he says actual work is expected to commence soon.“I would like to thank the senior officials in the Ministry of Education for meeting with us today. Today we met with five officials in the education ministry about the way forward for the school. I must say that together with the other members of the PTA, we feel having left the meeting very hopeful that our concerns are being met and registered and work has started in the planning stages for the safety of our children,” he said.He said parents remained resolute and committed t the development of their school and their child.Dominica Vibes News Sharelast_img read more
